Frozen Oatmeal Protein Cookies

Here's an extremely quick recipe for a grab-and-go morning meal when you're on the move, head'n to the gym, or just need to get out of the house fast.

INGREDIENTS:

• oats

• nut butter

• Paradise Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)

• water


RECIPE:

mix

• 1/2 cup oats

• 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)

• 2 tablespoons nut butter

• add water to help blend together to a doughy consistency

• spoon onto parchment paper into a cookie shape, place in freezer
